What is Island Sitters?
Island Sitters is Friday Harbor's premiere in-home child sitting service.
No more scrambling to book a sitter or calling ten people at the last minute trying to find a trustworthy person to care for your children!
We personally interview, screen and train only the most responsible, mature and professional sitters. All of our sitters have experience working with children, are CPR and First-Aid Certified and have completed Island Sitters personalized Sitter Training Class.
How does Island Sitters work?
Island Sitters is convenient and easy to use.
You simply call or email us when you are in need of a sitter and we'll match you with the one of our trained sitters that we feel is best suited to your family. Or you can check out our Sitter Profiles on our "Meet the Sitters" page and request a specific sitter.
Once we have confirmed the job with your sitter they will call you directly within 24 hours for more information and to confirm the date and time.
You also no longer have to worry about stopping by the bank to get cash for the sitter! Payment can be taken when you book your sitter via phone or internet. Or become an Island Sitters Member and we'll simply send you an invoice.
